Learn how to create sophisticated yet simple dinner party canapes during this short cookery course.
This fun half day canape making class set in a stylish Victorian house makes a perfect hen party idea.
Canapes are infact perfect for any occasion, from informal drinks parties to corporate events.
I will teach you to create some mouth-watering delights that are elegant yet quick and easy to make.
You will make 6 different types of both hot and cold canapes.
All the canapes will be made from scratch and you will be able to
take home a total of 60 canapes.
• King Prawn with mango and chilli on Gem
• Wild Mushroom Duxelle on crostini
• Oriental pork spring rolls
• Devon blue cheese and thyme pinwheels
• Cheddar and Lardon Tartlets
• Lamb and feta balls with Mint dip

Our half-day courses are a great way to learn a particular culinary skill that you will use for life.

During an afternoon session you will enjoy around 3 hours of in-depth, hands-on learning.
There is no lunch/dinner on these courses but you will leave with the dishes that you have prepared
during the course.
