Cruickshank's meat and vegetarian barbecue catering is creative, versatile, moist and full of flavour.
I can ofcourse provide you with a traditional no frills barbecue of hot dogs and burgers
but there is much more I can offer you.

As well as quality meat and chicken, vegetarian palettes can be satisfied with choices such as prawns, fish and vegetarian kebabs. My homemade marinades make everything a taste sensation.

The meat is served with any kind of fresh bread you wish or wraps if preferred, freshly made dips,
sauces and other condiments and a side buffet that we will curate together.

Pre barbecue and dessert courses can also be provided.

Locally sourced in Surrey, Cruickshank’s organic hog and lamb roasts provide more than just perfectly cooked mouth watering moist meat and crispy crackling. I love that I always attract an audience
that are captivated by what is a visual and aromatic feast. We have great chats as they watch how
I cook the lamb or hog on an open fire of wood and coal.
